My Username – Password is not working
If you have previously logged in with a different user/pwd, it is possible that the old one is set in your cache. Go to your browser options and delete the cache. This will solve 99% of all username - password problems.
I can not view the movies, they will not play.
You most likely have not the lastest codecs installed for your media player. You can download them here: www.cccp-project.netEven better get VLC Player, this will always play everything, does not need codecs and is 100% FREE.
Where are the movies after I have logged in?
After you login you see a left and a right "page" The left one is Welcome Valued Member (read it) The right one starts with: Welcome, your membership will expire: your dateBelow that you see 5 links, they all starts with Platinum ...... If you are a Platinum member, you have access to all the links. If you click on the first 3 you will find the movies for download. 1. all Caucasian movies 2. all Asian and Latin movies 3. all 4 other categories links 4-5 are still empty and reserved for small clips and pictures, but that will come later. The download link is just the text/movie name. The little preview button is for a quick preview which movie it is, and you can also click on that for a large popup.
Do you have more then one way to sign up?
Yes, we have several ways for you to join are website and get the movies.Our standard sign up payment processor Dreamhost. Just click on the link on the join page for which membership you want and you will be taken to our payment processor. Add the membership to your cart and select Check Out. Fill in the form and send the payment. After that you will be redirected to a page where you can DOWNLOAD your username and password. See Detailed Explanation for more information.You can sign up by PayPal or MoneyBookers. Send me an email with which membership you want and I will create a payment request for you on my PayPal or MoneyBookers account. Please let me know which one you wish to use. You will receive an email from PayPal or MoneyBookers and follow the instructions. After I have received the payment I will email you the username/password. Please understand this will not give you instant access, since I must add your membership manually.You can sign up by Western Union Payment. I will ONLY accept 6 and 12 Months memberships with this option, since I must go out and get the payment personally.You can transfer the money directly to my bank account. This will most likely be an international transfer, so be prepared for additional costs your bank may charge. Contact me for my Banking details.I will NOT accept CHECK or CASH payments sent by mail or any other way.
I lost my username and / or password
Your username is your email address you used to sign up with.
Your password you can reset by using the "Lost Password" link below the log in area. After that you MUST contact me, with the Members Email Contact Link, because I will also have to reset your download password.
If you have no idea what your email address was, send me the following information: Your Full name, Your Credit Card info, BUT ONLY the 4 first and 4 last numbers (e.g. 1234.xxxx.xxxx.4321), never send full credit cards numbers by email.
